Recipe for coleslaw sauce Put in blender: 1 cup of cooking oil (I prefer light olive oil) 1 teaspoon salt, 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon dried mustard, 1 teaspoon celery seed, 1/2 cider vinegar, 1 small sweet onion diced. Blend until mixed. Store in refrigerator until used. I keep mine in a glass jar, it keeps for a week or two. I like to put shredded carrots, red cabbage & green cabbage in my slaw. For those who like more green add sm pieces of green pepper. Let refrigerate several hours before serving.
